I am so very shocked and saddened to hear of Kate's passing. She was a very warm, intelligent, supportive, and kind person whom I was honored to call my friend. I know of her from her workouts at Curves and she beamed when ever she talked of her son and daughter. I am so very sorry for your loss of wife, mother, and daughter. May you be comforted in knowing that she is with the Angels above.
